Join Musement as a Retail Sales Manager TUI Western Region for our TUI Commercial Team. You will be responsible for defining and driving the sales and marketing plan for the region. You will be accountable to achieve the sales targets via the TUI retail channels through the Musement agency platform in France, Belgium and Netherlands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 
Develop and agree a joint commercial plan with the stakeholders in the TUI markets and define sales targets and objectives for KPIs 
Develop and implement marketing plans to drive the achievement of these targets, continuously track performance based on KPI analysis and coordinate initiatives with the relevant teams in TUI DX, Musement and the TUI markets 
Proactively look for new sales opportunities in the retail channel  Manage and deliver the marketing budget assigned to your channel, as well as designing and implementing marketing campaigns and materials, training and incentive schemes for the retail channel
Manage the communication channels to the travel agencies and continuously update on sales campaigns, incentives, new products, new platform functionalities or resolution of technical or operational incidences   
Proactively share best practices from your markets with the retail sales teams in other markets  Collect feedback from ancillaries and retail teams in the markets as well as the travel agencies 
Support the B2B Digital Product Manager to define the improvements in the digital products which drive most value 
Support the Supply team with the information to contract the relevant experiences in order to drive additional sales 
Define and implement right retail support structure for the countries under your remit 

Job Requirements


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 
Demonstrable experience in driving sales performance in a B2B environment
Minimum of two to three years’ experience in related roles. Experience in Retail business preferred
Marketing acumen, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing plans in a retail environment
A results driven, sales-minded individual, able to forecast based on realistic opportunity assessments and effectively manage deviations
Someone who never stops looking ahead with a can do attitude, seeking new ways to delight customers, improve results and grow the business
Analytical skills and ability to read, interpret and understand sales and market data and to define corrective actions and growth strategies
Strong negotiation, influence management and presentation skills
A team player, preferably with experience of working in an international environment and with an energy and enthusiasm that will inspire those around them
Excellent communciation skills, both verbal and written, in English, Dutch and French. Other languages will be a plus.
