Job Description

Miki is a leading incoming tour operator whose biggest business is from Japan and Asia market.
We have a small office in Brussels which is responsible for Benelux area as a part of MIKI Group European Network.

Position:   Incoming Tour Operation Employee
Location: Brussels (Grand-Place)
Contract: Full-time
 
Job Description:

• Booking and reservation (Meal, coach, guide, entrance, etc.,)
• Data control
• Administration support

 Other remarks:

• Miki Brussels office is not handling air tickets nor hotel bookings
• Miki Brussels is handling Japanese market only  

Job Requirements

Experience:
Any experience in travel industry could be an advantage however willingness and interest to learn about the function might be even more important.
 
Skills:
·         Native level of French or Dutch
·         Fluent in English (you need to communicate daily with our other offices in English)
·         Fluent in French or Dutch (whichever is not your native language) (Daily communication with suppliers in Benelux)
·         Good knowledge of the Benelux area geography
·         Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 
Personal standards

·         Be ready for big volume of workload especially in high season (Spring)
·         Be ready to work with deadlines
·         Very small team, be prepared to be flexible
