Job Description:
Our success in Belgium is underlined by us having a direct double daily flight to Dubai from Brussels. 
The successful candidate will be based in the Brussels City Office and responsible for providing Sales Support to the Manager and Sales Executives, as well as the broader Commercial team in general by providing full administrative support ensuring issues are actioned urgently, hospitality events are organized and other ad hoc duties and projects are completed as directed.  
You will also provide a service to all accounts by executing their requests, ranging from Pricing & Tariffs to generic queries and trouble-shooting on the Emirates product and laid down procedures. This will entail constant liaison with the Sales Executives, Head Office departments and Trade partners, in an effort to not only optimize service standards, but also maximize revenue earning opportunities.  You will prepare monthly and ad-hoc statistics for all key accounts, maintain a data base for all accounts and ensure regular updates on Emirates products as well as help to coordinate fare and pricing distribution matters.

Job Requirements

 
The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
Good standard of education.
Basic courses in Reservations, Fares and Ticketing
Minimum two years’ experience in Ticketing/Reservations.
Excellent Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel
Must be fluent in French, Dutch and English
