The Sales Coordinator reports to the Director Of Sales and coordinates all Sales related administrative tasks in the Sales Department. Liaises Sales related info to the different cluster departments and the hotels. Ensures the set-up of multi-property offers and administrative support for Thon Residences Brussels and dedicated follow-up of National and International Relocation Companies.
Main duties and responsibilties: - Strictly follow the Thon Hotels’ policies and SOPs . - Set-up and follow-up on multi-property offers for Thon Residences Brussels ( Thon Residence Parnasse,Thon Residence Florence,Thon Residence EU and Stanhope Apartments. ) - Liaises dedicated offers directly with Reservations Responsible / Property Manager of one of the Thon Residences ( Thon Residence Parnasse, Thon Residence Florence,Thon Residence EU and Stanhope Apartments ) - Administrative update of yearly Thon Residences rate grid and all info related to the residences . - Dedicated follow-up of National and International Relocation Companies further to set-up plan together with Business Development Manager,Director Of Sales and Property Managers . - Responsible of all Office Management related tasks . - Incoming calls : inform clients, prospects , suppliers – take the necessary info and liaise with the required department,hotel or residence . - Follow-up on e-mails of sales inbox, leads and rfp inbox and liaise with the right department . - Sets-up Corporate,Leisure and Residences Contracts . - Responsible of filing of the contracts . - Follow-Up on Request for Proposal status . - Set-Up + Update “Master Recap File” : overview Corporate,Leisure,RFP and Residences Contracts . - Responsible for update and accuracy of all data in sales folder . - Document rate loading information per account in sales folder and liaise with Revenue Department in order to ensure loading and availability . - Follow-Up on Reporting Statistics in CRM Tool - Super Office . - Ensure that all National and International Relocation Companies are encoded in our CRM tool/Super Office. - Ensure good communication with all cluster departments and hotels. - Participates to Sales weekly meeting - Carry out any other tasks requested by management further to the Thon Hotels’ standards and ideas .
